Since 1982, Charles M. Cork, III has provided superior legal services to other lawyers and their clients. His deep knowledge of the law has enabled him to shepherd lawyers through difficult legal issues and to succeed against large and prestigious opposition.

A dedicated student of the law, he has assembled a research book of legal authorities on most topics of general civil practice containing over 123,000 citations of authority. He has published on a wide variety of topics and has lectured at legal seminars in many fields of law.

He has been Chair of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Chair of the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (1998-2004), President of the Federal Bar Association - Middle District of Georgia Chapter (2000-01), President of the Middle Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (2003), and Editor of the Macon Bar Association Newsletter (1988-2003), among other professional leadership roles. He has served on State Bar Committees that are exploring reforms to jury instructions.

He welcomes assignments for briefs and research projects as well as other collaborations.

He is also an amateur programmer and shares his programs (including Zenas, a case management system for solo practitioners) with others. The site includes WordPerfect, Quattro Pro, and other files that may be useful to lawyers and others.
